CalcBloc provides free calculators and articles that estimate US paycheck withholding and taxes using publicly available rules from government agencies. The Service is for general information and education only.
2. Estimates only, no professional advice
All results are estimates. They depend on the information you enter and on the assumptions described on each calculator page, and they may not reflect your actual paycheck or tax liability. Withholding estimates are not the same as the tax you will owe on your return.
Nothing on the Service is tax, legal, accounting, investment or financial advice, and using the Service does not create a professional or advisory relationship between you and us. 3. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for personal, educational and internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers or networks, or try to gain unauthorized access to any part of it;
- use automated tools to access the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on it, or to copy substantial parts of its content or data for republication;
- present results from the Service as official government figures or as professional advice from us;
- remove or obscure any copyright, source or attribution notices;
- use the Service to send spam or malicious code.
We may suspend or block access that we believe violates these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
The Service's design, text, graphics, software and the way its data is selected, organized and presented are owned by CalcBloc or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Tax rules and figures published by government agencies, and the agencies' own documents, are not ours; we link to them as sources.
You may share links to the Service and to calculator results, and quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link to the original page. Any other copying, reproduction or redistribution requires our written permission.
5. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, error reports or other feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the Service without any obligation to you. Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information.
6. Third-party links and services
The Service links to websites run by government agencies and others, and may use third-party services such as analytics and, in the future, advertising. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us to use it in the twelve months before the claim. The Service is free, so in most cases that amount is zero.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CalcBloc and its operators from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
